Why “Wainhaven”?

The name is a nod to my maiden name, my ancestral roots and the whispered guidance I receive from Spirit—“wain” being an old Scottish word for “little one”-we are all little ones in the eye of Spirit. “Haven” reflects the safe, sacred space I’ve always longed for in my spiritual journey and now hope to create for others.

Here, I honor God, Spirit, the Universe, the Divine Feminine…whatever you want to call your connection to love. I honor the herbal remedies passed down through time and the intuitive knowing that lives deep within our bones. The magic of simple, sacred living; all infused with light, love, and intentional energy of raising vibrations on this beautiful earthly plane.
