Under the illuminating Full Moon, you'll journey into a sacred circle beneath a sky filled with stars. Surrounded by kindred spirits, you'll release old beliefs, reconnect with your authentic self, and remember that your uniqueness is meant to be shared—not hidden.

This guided experience is designed to help you:

Through breath, visualization, and guided imagery, you'll experience the wisdom that comes from honoring your own light while recognizing that we all shine brighter together.

We'll begin with a warm cup of Wainhaven tea and gentle conversation before settling onto yoga mats (feel free to bring a pillow). I'll guide you through a restorative meditation beneath a sky full of possibility.

We'll close with quiet journaling and a circle of reflection for anyone who feels called to share.
