The Longest Night – Winter Solstice Guided Meditation 12/21/2026
The Longest Night: Winter Solstice Guided Meditation
Monday, December 21st, 2026 at 6:30pm in The Wainhaven Studio (Zephyrhills, FL)
In the deepest stillness, the light begins to return.
As we welcome the Winter Solstice and the longest night of the year, this guided meditation invites you into a peaceful, snow-covered forest, where ancient evergreens stand beneath a starlit sky and the world rests in quiet anticipation of the returning light.
Along your journey, you'll discover a sacred place of rest beneath an illuminated evergreen tree. Here, you'll be invited to reflect on the year behind you, honor the strength and wisdom you've gathered, and embrace the beauty of slowing down.
As the first golden light appears on the horizon, you'll be reminded that even in our quietest seasons, something beautiful is preparing to emerge.
This guided experience is designed to help you:
Reflect on the lessons and blessings of the past year
Honor your personal growth and resilience
Release the pressure to constantly do and become
Embrace rest, stillness, and inner restoration
Welcome renewed hope and the promise of returning light
Through breath, visualization, and guided imagery, you'll experience the sacred stillness of winter, where reflection, restoration, and renewal come together beneath the stars.
We'll begin with a warm cup of Wainhaven tea and gentle conversation before settling onto yoga mats (feel free to bring a pillow). I'll guide you through a deeply restorative meditation honoring the natural rhythms of winter and the quiet wisdom found in stillness.
We'll close with quiet journaling and a circle of reflection for anyone who feels called to share.
✨ $33
✨ Limited to 7 participants
✨ Circle will last approximately 1.5 hours
Come ready to rest, reflect, and honor all that you've become as we welcome the gentle return of the light.
